        Very comfortable and slim. I love the color and feel of the material. I've only used it a couple of weeks and love the ease of use of the velcro.It does what it is meant to do, which is make you sweat from the area it is wrapped around. But, as I later researched that it does trim ( like any body trimmer) but what you are losing is water weight. So as soon as we drink water the weight comes back on. It does help with posture but I do not want to be dependent on it since then our muscles become weak.2 people found this helpful
